Fees & Rebates

This is a private paying clinic. Fees are for a standard 50 minute session, There is an additional after hours surcharge. Please send an enquiry for further information on fees. 

For those with a mental health care plan referral  from their General Practitioner (GP) there is a Medicare Rebate of $136.35 per session. This rebate is available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.  The Medicare rebate will be higher if the Medicare safety net has been reached. 

All private Health Funds are accepted.  Many funds provide a rebate for psychology services. Check with your Health Fund provider to see if you are eligible. You can not use a Medicare rebate and a private health fund rebate on the same session. 

Not currently available for Workcover, TAC, DVA, NDIS or Bulk Billing Clients.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. The full fee with be charged for any cancellation within the 24 hour period. There is no medicare rebate on the cancellation fee.
